New York Day 3

All my friends had to go to work, so I went to the Natural History Museum to check my bags and get out of the cold.

When I was little I called it the dinosaur museum.

At night I went to the anti-hootenanny at the Sidewalk Cafe. There were some hits and some misses - this guy took Bob Dylan's "Talkin World War III Blues" and changed the lyrics so it was about the internet.

Jennifer did not like one of the performers.

New York Day 1

Brett, Laurel, and Jennifer took me to see the Christmas crowds in Manhattan and did some shopping.

I used to think I'd never get over Nora Jane.

I played at Goodbye Blue Monday in Brooklyn. Jason and Melanie, Josh and Nick, and Nora and Jordan - old Richmond friends - came to see me. The last band handed out crayons and paper so we sat around drawing crazy things like a huge air freshener toppling over on a cottage in the dust bowl.

Spin-Off

Inspired by greatness, Jennifer started her own blog.
P.S. - I do not approve of the nickname "freedom," but I don't seem to be able to stop it.
(she took this picture, too)

Caught

The photo's a little blurry, but one thing is for certian: that guy is checking Jennifer out.
